Desert Doings

My friends, Dorothy and Jillian, and myself took a
day trip to Vegas yesterday.
We had so much fun!
The Day was filled with
Baptisms for the Dead at the Las Vegas Temple,
Laughing so hard it resulted in wheezing for air,
Countless inside jokes,
Big City Driving/Parking,
M&M World,
the Belagio's Water Show,
Great Memories
Huge Slurpees for the way home

That town is crazy!
I didn't think that it would be so packed on a Tuesday, but it was!
Everyone was gearing up for the big New Year's Eve Party.
Can you imagine that?
Vegas on New Year's. You couldn't pay me to go on that night!
The contrast between the Temple and the Las Vegas Strip
is so extreme it makes the Temple seem just that much more peaceful.
As I was people watching, I was overwhelmed with the thought that we are all Children of God.
I was kinda sad thinking about how most people don't believe that,
but at the same time it made me amazingly grateful for the knowledge
of the true Gospel and my purpose here on Earth.
This trip was so much fun and it was definitely a missionary work motivator.

Lunch Ladies

I miss seeing these girlies on a daily basis.

Friendship isn't a big thing - it's a million little things.

The Princess & the Frog was...
a Disney Princess movie should be!

It had great animation,
dynamic characters,
catchy songs,
a creepy villain,
good moral in the story,
a HOT prince ;)

My Movie Review: 2 thumbs!
(if anyone wants to go, I will gladly see it again)

Yep, those are mine.

Farewell Gall Bladder,
you have caused me nothing but trouble for a long time now.
Good Riddance!

(sorry if you get grossed out by the pics- it was my first surgery,
I thought it wise to document the event properly :D)
